DELIVERY
Packaging,
despatch and prompt delivery of your order is very important
to us and every effort is made to create and despatch
your gift as soon as possible. We use Royal Mail 1st
class post for most of our small items and either Parcel
Force or City Link for our larger items .
In
the unfortunate event of your order sustaining damage
during transit we would urge you to check the packaging
for damage or even unpack the item, before signing any
paperwork, and if there is any obvious external damage
to our packaging please note this on the relevant documentation
when signing. Should your item be damaged please contact
us directly either via e-mail or telephone and we will
endeavour to rectify the situation as soon as possible.
Digital photos of the damage or broken items are very
useful and could be emailed to us if possible.
Please
be assured of our best attention at all stages of the
fulfillment of your order from creation of your gift
through to you receiving it in perfect condition.
Obviously,
if you elect to come in to our shop in North Walsham,
Norfolk, to collect your goods in person we will refund
your delivery charges in full on any order.
